A l\u2019avenir, il est tr\u00e8s important que l\u2019apiculture rattrape son retard sur l\u2019agriculture, et devienne elle aussi le plus bio possible. Dans ce sens, l\u2019apiculture biologique doit encore \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en Suisse romande. Nous remercions le canton de Vaud (DGAV) qui soutient la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Vaudoise des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019Apiculture (FVA) dans l\u2019organisation de cette journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les apiculteurs suisses sont soumis \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles de bonnes pratiques apicoles. Pour valoriser la qualit\u00e9 de leurs produits dont le principal est le miel, les apiculteurs romands ont la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un label de qualit\u00e9 qui leur permet de vendre un produit certifi\u00e9 (exemples : label r\u00e9gional ou label suisse).<\/p>\n<p>Les labels biologiques ont des exigences qui sont un peu plus pouss\u00e9es, plus \u00e9tendues et qui demandent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019apiculteur d\u2019adopter une certaine \u00e9thique dans l\u2019exploitation de ses colonies, comprenant notamment des actions valorisant \u00e9galement les abeilles.<\/p>\n<p>Les consommateurs suisses sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 rechercher du miel issu d\u2019une apiculture biologique et ce sont eux qui par leurs achats d\u00e9cideront peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019un jour, les exigences impos\u00e9es dans une exploitation biologique deviendront la norme pour tous les apiculteurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Programme et informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans la rubrique membres.
